Winslow Style specialises in made-to-measure suits, shirts, pants, vests, tuxedos, and accessories, crafted specifically for each client.
Due to the bespoke nature of our garments:

• All orders are custom-made to the client’s specifications.
  
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
  
• Slight variations in fabric, texture, or colour may occur due to screen or lighting differences.
  

Winslow Style reserves the right to modify or discontinue products, fabrics, or services at any time without notice.

6. Appointments and Consultations

All consultations and fittings are by appointment only.
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance, as our schedule fills quickly.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us via winslow@winslowstyle.com at least 48 hours before your appointment.

7. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Payments are required at the time of order confirmation to commence production.
We accept payment through approved methods as displayed on our website.
Winslow Style reserves the right to update pricing or product availability at any time.

8. Shipping and Delivery

For bespoke garments, estimated delivery times will be communicated during your consultation.
While we make every effort to meet delivery timelines, delays may occur due to fabric supply or production schedules.
Ownership of products passes to the client once payment is received in full.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

9. Returns and Alterations

Because all garments are custom-tailored, Winslow Style does not provide refunds or returns for change of mind or incorrect selection.
However, if your garment requires minor adjustments, we provide a complimentary alteration service within 10 days of collection.
Any additional alterations beyond this period may incur a fee.

10. Promotions and Gift Vouchers

From time to time, Winslow Style may offer promotions, discounts, or vouchers.
Each promotion may include unique terms and expiry dates.
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue, are non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Your privacy is important to us.
We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which outlines how your data is used and protected.
