Returns & Refund Policy


If you are not satisfied with your product, please email winslow@winslowstyle.com for assistance with a return.

We are happy to accept returns of items that have been laundered once or twice. However, Winslow is unable to accept returns on garments that have been further altered, damaged or show signs of excessive wear.

For made-to-measure or custom made-to-order garments, a change of mind is non-refundable as these items have been made specifically to you and are not re-saleable.

Our expected delivery times are 6-8 weeks, unless communicated in writing before payment. You are eligible for a full refund if we are unable to achieve the agreed due date.


  • All requests for returns need to be made within 90 days from the item ship date.
  • Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time for refunds is 8-10 business days after the garment has been received in our studio.
  • Once your return is received and processed, we will send you a receipt of payment confirmation. Some credit card companies take up to five (5) business days to post that credit to your account.
  • Cash payments will be refunded via direct debit.
